We really value and take care of our staff team and they all work so well together, supporting each other and helping where they can. Our managers are open and listen and do what they can to make working for Red Bus the best experience. All this has led to us being Ofsted Outstanding in our first two settings. We are very focused on quality but we are also very relaxed and love to have fun.
If you join Red Bus, you will join a very strong community of like-minded people who work together and tend to stay working for us for a long time.
