Property Manager

Director – Henry Adams Horsham & Haywards Heath

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the fantastic Henry Adams Lettings team in central Horsham. We are looking for a full-time Residential Property Manager to join the team and assist with the ongoing growth and management of the lettings portfolio.

The successful candidate must have excellent organisational and people skills, be able to communicate face-to-face, over the phone, and by email. The role involves handling property maintenance issues from landlords and tenants, liaising with contractors and clients to resolve issues, raising work orders and invoicing, and ensuring legal obligations such as gas safety certificates, EICRs, tenancy renewal documents, and deposit registrations are met.

The candidate will also be responsible for preparing inventories, conducting tenancy check-ins and check-outs, regular property visits, and managing all aspects of the tenancy process from start to finish.

Extremely high levels of customer service and organisation are required. You must be calm, customer-focused, professional, diligent, able to work well both independently and as part of a small team, and possess excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.
