TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to the production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes, and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Contract: 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Shift: Swing Shift Position; Week 1: 0600-1400 Mon - Thurs, 0600-1800 Friday. Week 2: 1400-2200 Mon-Thurs, Friday off

Shift Allowance: 20%

Role Description:
  • Perform various stages of production within the team, adhering to Tyco Electronics Operating Advantage (Lean Manufacturing), Quality, Safety, General Standards, and Company Procedures.
  • Follow manufacturing schedules and notify supervision of any issues affecting schedule completion.
  • Accurately and legibly complete all documentation in a timely manner.
  • Report deviations promptly and assist in resolving non-compliances.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and quality.
  • Comply with training procedures and stay updated on General Standards.
Qualifications and Background:
  • Participate in relevant internal/external training programs aligned with personal development.
  • Be aware of and accountable for sources of waste impacting the business.
  • Work safely and follow all health and safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager.
