We are an award-winning business psychology consultancy specialising in assessing potential, developing leaders, and transforming businesses. As a centre of excellence for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), we are looking for a skilled L&D and/or Apprenticeships Coordinator with strong organisational abilities and a people-focused approach to support our clients and learners throughout their programmes.
Role Description
The L&D Coordinator will be responsible for training and development, learning management, communication, and some design tasks. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver impactful presentations. Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development Coordination:
- Liaising with clients and learners to manage programme logistics
- Tracking and managing learner records
- Assignment marking
- Reporting
- Database management and data analysis
- Document review, quality checks, and proofing
Office and System Support and Administration:
- Managing equipment and software licences
- LMS and portal administration
- Learner support
- RFP support
- Updating processes and internal files
- Document review and preparation
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Degree-level qualification / Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, project management, HR, psychology)
- At least 3 years of experience in administration, user support, and business support
- Experience in managing large-scale L&D and apprenticeship programmes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using various learning portals (LMS), databases, and scheduling systems, such as MS Teams, Doodle, Mondays.com, Aptem LMS, and Articulate
- Experience in marketing and social media platforms
