An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recovery Driver to join Lloyd Bodyshop based in Newcastle.

Salary: Basic salary of £25,480

Hours: 40 hours per week

Role responsibilities:

  • Transport customer vehicles to and from the premises in a timely and professional manner
  • Recover vehicles that have sustained crash damage
  • Monitor and log driving hours in accordance with company and legal requirements
  • Perform and record daily truck safety inspections
  • Accurately check in and check out vehicles during collection and delivery
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of vehicle collections and deliveries
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure seamless planning of deliveries
  • Provide support to workshop operations during truck downtime or when additional help is needed
