An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recovery Driver to join Lloyd Bodyshop based in Newcastle.
Salary: Basic salary of £25,480
Hours: 40 hours per week
Role responsibilities:
- Transport customer vehicles to and from the premises in a timely and professional manner
- Recover vehicles that have sustained crash damage
- Monitor and log driving hours in accordance with company and legal requirements
- Perform and record daily truck safety inspections
- Accurately check in and check out vehicles during collection and delivery
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of vehicle collections and deliveries
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure seamless planning of deliveries
- Provide support to workshop operations during truck downtime or when additional help is needed
