Legal Counsel (US)

A few examples of your responsibilities:

• Negotiate, draft, and review cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customers—including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, marketing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements.
• Assist with global product development and launches by drafting external communications, legal terms, and policies.
• Partner cross-functionally and collaborate with outside counsel to provide practical legal advice and risk mitigation strategies on a broad range of topics—such as technology, product, marketing, commercial and regulatory matters, intellectual property, and consumer protection.
• Manage disputes and litigation in Italy and abroad.
• Guide labor matters globally in alignment with our values and company culture.
• Create and update forms, playbooks, and other scalable tools to support our high-growth business.
• Seek out new opportunities to unlock value for the company and address business needs by staying up to date on all relevant legal and regulatory developments.

• Some experience: After obtaining a law degree, you practiced at a law firm or as in-house counsel in the US for a period of time, encountering some of the main challenges you’ll face in the role.

If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £110,389 and £194,964 in the UK, and €105,737 and €186,748 elsewhere.
