We are a busy team within the Adults Social Care service, providing occupational therapy-focused assessments and outcomes. You will work in customers' homes and communities, supporting people and their carers to achieve their goals, promote independence, and build on their strengths. This may involve equipment adaptations, advice, and signposting.

An enthusiastic, holistic, customer-focused, and dedicated Social Care Worker to join the Occupational Therapy service in Eden. In this role, you will demonstrate skills to support individuals in managing their lives independently, using appropriate adaptive techniques or equipment. You will work with their strengths, interests, and networks, signpost to partner agencies, and collaborate closely with OT and Social Work colleagues to maximize independence. There may be future opportunities to develop your skills further, including participation in the Occupational Therapy apprentice course.
