Are you passionate about content creation, digital storytelling, and supporting a fast-growing podcast and lifestyle brand? I’m looking for a proactive, highly organised Junior Content & Personal Assistant to help across my personal platforms, podcast (CEO MUM) and admin. You’ll work closely with me, supporting both content and admin operations—ideal for someone who wants to grow in the creator, podcast, and startup world.
Logistics:
- Minimum 1 (out of 3 days) in-person day/week (NW London) for content shoots or podcast recordings.
Core Responsibilities:
- Instagram (Personal Brand)
- Edit, tag, post, and upload posts and stories daily
- Engage with the community (reply to comments, DMs, engage with other accounts)
- TikTok
- Editing & scheduling post, staying across trends.
- LTK
- Manage LTK shop, creating affiliate links and posts.
- CEO MUM Podcast Support
- Creating community posts for IG
- Community engagement on IG and TikTok
- Admin Support
- Managing calendar bookings and logistics
You’ll Need to Be Confident Using:
- CapCut, Canva or equivalent for editing
- Excellent grammar, email etiquette, and professional communication
