We are currently seeking a Capital Markets Lawyer to work with leading financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Advising business units regarding capital markets transactions for a wide range of domestic and international issuer types and debt and equity products.
- Amending and/or reviewing and advising on pre-transaction and transaction documents from initial pitch phase through closing.
- Working collaboratively with associates and partners to manage closings; performing due diligence reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of relevant in-house, law firm, or global investment bank experience.
- Experience representing broker-dealers on capital markets transactions, including registered and exempt offerings of debt, equity and equity-linked securities.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing.
