Are you looking for an exciting role based in beautiful coastal Cornwall? This is an excellent opportunity to join The SU, located on the stunning, award-winning campuses at Penryn and Falmouth, leading our activities programme:

  • Enable and support outstanding and engaging activities aligned with our vision, mission, values, and organizing principles for the student community in Cornwall.
  • Lead the development of approaches, guidance, and support for student-led communities, groups, activities, projects, and events, empowering students to lead both on and off campus and fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Manage and inspire a vibrant team of professional staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, support, and motivation.
  • Support and motivate Sabbatical Officers and the wider staff team through coaching, guidance, and leadership.
  • Support, motivate, and develop student volunteers and promote volunteering opportunities within the community.
  • Engage in personal leadership development through ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to shaping the new strategic plan for the next three to five years.

About Falmouth and Exeter Students' Union

You will be employed directly by The SU. We are a membership-led charity run by students, for students, representing students from Falmouth University and the University of Exeter.
