Our client based in Farnborough is looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to assist them for 6 months on a full-time basis. The role will be based completely on site and there is free parking.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Expenses
- Reconciliation of key supplier statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Ad-hoc finance work
The successful Accounts Payable Assistant will have/be:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable, or a finance graduate seeking to obtain entry-level experience in finance
- Available immediately or on short notice
- Able to drive and access to a car
