Operations Administrator – Audit Support Operations
Our client is looking for an Operations Administrator to join the Audit Support Operations Team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all tasks within the Audit Support section, including input of new client onboardings, accounts, and portfolios.
- Input static data amendments and prepare account closures.
- Set up online users, activate passwords, and handle client online queries via email and telephone.
- Investigate and respond to internal and external queries, fully supporting the Front Office functions in Guernsey and Jersey.
Qualifications & Skills
- Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to produce quick and accurate work under pressure.
- Identify procedural changes for greater efficiency.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
