C&C Search is currently recruiting a Junior PA and Office Manager for a high-performing, international financial services company based in a stunning listed building in Central London. Position: Junior PA and Assistant to the Investment Team (30%) and Office Manager (70%)

Salary: Up to £42,000 + generous bonus

Hybrid setup: 1 day from home, flexible

  • Handle expenses and finance-related administrative projects
  • Support office workflow and implement efficient administrative processes
  • Resolve building maintenance issues related to the listed property
  • Perform as a flexible Office Manager and Junior PA, delivering excellent service professionally
  • Potential to grow PA responsibilities into an Executive Assistant role within finance and investment
