An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, passionate registered midwife to lead and manage our community midwifery teams at Walsall Healthcare Trust. You will be experienced, enthusiastic, and caring, able to work autonomously, and demonstrate excellent clinical skills to provide effective, individualised, women-centred care. You will need to promote normality and the use of alternative therapies for the benefit of low-risk women.

You must be flexible, with the ability to participate in our on-call manager's rota and shifts as required to support the midwifery-led unit. Successful candidates can look forward to working within a team of dedicated midwives and obstetricians, and will receive a full orientation programme supported by the professional development team.

About Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust: Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is an integrated Trust and the only provider of NHS acute care in Walsall, serving a population of 286,700. It provides inpatient and outpatient services at the Manor Hospital, along with a wide range of community services. The hospital features state-of-the-art facilities, including a Critical Care Unit, Neonatal Unit, Obstetric Theatre, and an upcoming Urgent and Emergency Care Centre scheduled for completion this year.
