Part of a wider HR Transformation team, the Analyst contributes to the design and implementation of change through stakeholder engagement, with a focus on requirements elicitation and business case formulation (using a range of Agile techniques). The Analyst will support the development of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and the suite of business process maps. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of HR policies and processes, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Interact with stakeholders across the Bank and externally to drive change and help achieve the projects’ anticipated benefits.
  • Under the guidance of the Solution Lead:
  • Resolve queries, issues, and ambiguity during all phases of the project.
  • Work on projects and workstreams, collaborating closely with product owners, SMEs, business stakeholders, and other disciplines to translate needs into requirements using appropriate methods.
  • Engage with stakeholders via interviews, workshops, focus groups, and other methods.
  • Conduct investigation, capture, and prioritize business requirements using Agile techniques.
  • Analyze business processes and policies to understand change impacts and work with the Transformation team to align technical and business capabilities.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and validate the functionality of solutions.
  • Understand and document HR processes and policies.
  • Translate HR requirements into technical specifications as needed.
  • Utilize Agile principles to improve team practices continually.
  • Maintain and implement requirement traceability through sprints/iterations.
  • Contribute to team best practices.
  • Support testing, business readiness, and adoption of solutions by users.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Education & Qualifications:

  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications such as Prince 2 Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Business Analysis, SCRUM are advantageous.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in Agile business analysis.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of IT project lifecycle and development processes.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and process documentation.
  • Ability to develop deep business understanding.
  • Conscientious, deadline-oriented, with high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Agile requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • User-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
