The Audit Director will lead the audit department while expanding their expertise through collaboration on transactional services assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and financial advisory. This role is ideal for an experienced audit professional with strong leadership skills and a desire to broaden their scope of work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the audit process for a diverse client portfolio

The Business Process Outsourcing Department serves over 70 global head offices, utilizing cutting-edge technological advancements. What You’ll Need:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with extensive post-qualification experience in a UK-based audit environment
- Previous experience at the Director level, or a Senior Manager with a proven track record ready to step up
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and IFRS
- Excellent client relationship management skills and experience leading and mentoring teams
- Interest in expanding expertise into transactional services is highly desirable
