Delta Capita is seeking an experienced Transactions and Investment Lead Analyst to join the Transactions Team, supporting the Head of Transactions. This role is pivotal in managing investor relations and supporting the firm's strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all core artefacts for Delta Capita Group investor relations, including:
  • Investor presentation material
  • Multi-year business plans, covering all aspects of organic and inorganic growth, with scenario modelling
  • Historical data
  • Detailed models or presentations on specific business lines, regions, or shared services
  • Ensure artefacts are presentation and/or dataroom ready, reflecting the current business position and the equity story
  • Manage PMO activities for investor relations, including meeting schedules, material preparation, and action trackers
  • Respond to due-diligence requests from investors, creating artefacts or conducting analysis as needed
  • Support the Head of Transactions on acquisitions, including due diligence on targets and preparing investment cases for the Investment Committee
  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Proficiency in building detailed financial models
    • Experience within Private Equity
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including interpreting numerical data and assessing business strategies
    • Understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
    • Experience in due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction documentation
    • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentations
    • High attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies or errors
    • Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling investment memos and presentations
