We are seeking talented leaders with great potential and a desire to progress their careers to join our Customer Operations team as General Manager.
Help us build a world-class operation that exceeds customer expectations while leading your own team to success. You will report to the Regional General Manager and be responsible for executing national and regional strategies for a cluster of properties. Your focus will be on improving operational, safety, sales, and revenue performance, increasing overall profitability, and enhancing the end-to-end customer and employee experience.

Working 37.5 hours per week, the General Manager will be on-site and available as needed, including participating in an on-call rota with team leaders and managers.
