Job Location and Compensation: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes. £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality tutoring in Maths and English to students.
  • Develop lesson plans and learning materials tailored to individual student needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
  • Help students improve their understanding and skills in Maths and English.
  • Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • A relevant degree in Maths, English, Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent.
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English.

Additional Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of Maths and English curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Certifications and Experience:

  • Additional certifications in teaching or tutoring.

Additional Information:

All applicants must have the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Pay rates quoted are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later. Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We undertake safeguarding checks in accordance with DfE guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education', which may include online searches as part of our due diligence. We offer free child protection and prevent duty training to all registered candidates. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
