Seeking a motivated and energetic self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills to support the senior leadership team of the children's service line. Responsibilities include performing high-level administrative functions and managing special projects. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding team, requiring the ability to quickly build relationships with corporate and clinical leaders, master various software platforms, and operate independently within a large health system.
Qualifications:
- Experience with project management in pediatric healthcare settings
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative, program planning, or project management roles within healthcare
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and collaborate with teams
- Willingness and ability to travel across sites
Preferred:
- Experience in complex multi-site health systems
- Bachelor's degree

Essential Functions:
- Executive support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all executive operations.
- Business Operations: Support team logistics, budget tracking, expense reporting, and maintain organized records.
- Communication and Liaison: Maintain regular contact with leadership, prepare meeting materials, and facilitate information flow between departments.
- Meeting and Projects: Assist with agenda creation, minutes, and special projects for the leadership team.
