As the People Business Partner for the Sales team, with a focus on Performance & L&D, you'll support the development of Sales and Research through the coordination of the PET (performance, engagement, training) framework. You'll also assist the CRO and Head of Recruitment with performance-related operations, requiring strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Performance & Talent Management: Manage and refine the performance framework for Sales & Research. Track performance against KPIs with senior leaders. Coordinate reviews and growth plans. Support succession planning and the annual compensation cycle using KPI and competency data.
  • Training & Development: Lead L&D efforts starting with Sales & Research. Implement an LMS with the Head of Systems. Identify skill gaps and curate or source relevant training content. Manage L&D resources and collaborate with external providers. Extend L&D strategy across Delivery, Business Services & Finance.
  • Engagement & Culture: Promote a high-performance, team-oriented culture. Organize engagement initiatives and address employee concerns. Drive retention and satisfaction efforts.
  • Data & Reporting: Analyze performance, engagement, and attrition data to drive strategy. Monitor recruitment and onboarding trends. Ensure policy compliance and support HR operations.
