We are seeking a marketing and business development professional to support our lawyers in winning work from prospects, existing clients, and intermediaries. Type Permanent – Full Time Location London Role Overview This varied role supports key practice areas including charities, corporate, and real estate, with opportunities to work with sector groups. The candidate should enjoy collaboration, be proactive in identifying opportunities, and capable of working autonomously to execute ideas. The role involves engaging with a range of stakeholders and contributing to campaigns, digital communications, events, and client relationship initiatives. Responsibilities Supporting marketing and business development activities to attract new contacts and serve existing clients. Proposing ideas to enhance our brand and market reputation. Leading major campaigns and marketing projects. Raising market awareness of our client base and proposing revenue-driving initiatives. Preparing tailored pitch documents and managing digital communications. Organising and attending events and webinars. Managing legal directories processes and pipeline initiatives with CRM. Supporting on projects to improve firm processes and cross-team collaboration. Skills and Attributes Passionate, ambitious, enthusiastic. Creative with a proactive mindset. Highly organized, able to multitask and work under pressure. Detail-oriented with a love for processes. Persistent and tenacious in following through ideas. Emotionally intelligent and adaptable communication skills. Experience in legal or professional services sector preferred. Essential Details Working hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with flexibility.
