Contracts Manager, £70k, 12mth FTC

Leading software business, headquartered in the UK with a global footprint, is looking to hire a Contracts Manager on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week at the offices in Central London. Reporting to the Commercial Director , you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for the company\’s clients. The client base is mainly composed of public sector institutions . Your role will involve engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to advise on risk mitigation and strategy . You don\’t necessarily need to be a qualified solicitor, but you must have a background in commercial contract negotiation . It is essential that you have experience working on public procurement contracts and dealing with central government departments as a client, with this experience gained within the private sector .
