Are you passionate about luxury perfumes and exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a talented Boutique Store Manager with the vision and drive to lead our new flagship boutique store. Our flagship boutique is a haven for perfume enthusiasts. In this role, you will create an incredible shopping experience, foster strong supplier relationships, and drive the store's success. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team to deliver unparalleled service and achieve outstanding results.
Contracted hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent
Pay rate: Up to £38,000 per annum
If successful, travel in London for training will be required.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish our store as a premier shopping destination, delivering top-tier customer service and creating personalized interactions that make each customer visit memorable.
- Maximise opportunities to promote niche and luxury products, enhancing the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with suppliers to host in-store events that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Lead, motivate, and engage your team to achieve excellence, overseeing training, performance, and development to attract and retain top talent.
- Utilise your deep brand knowledge to bring perfumes and brands to life through storytelling and captivating presentations.
- Gather customer feedback to improve Trustpilot and Customer Love Scores.
- Champion the customer loyalty program to foster lasting relationships.
- Take full accountability for meeting sales targets and KPIs, maximising profitability while maintaining quality standards.
