Organisational Change Management (Associate Director) Up to £115,000 + Bonus London (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an expert in tech-enabled change who knows that transformation isn’t just about technology—it’s about people. If you’re as confident in the boardroom as you are in the project room, and you’ve helped organisations navigate complex change with clarity, this could be your next big step. This is a high-impact, client-facing role working at the heart of business-critical technology programmes. You’ll be advising some of the UK’s most well-known brands on how to land strategic change—whether that’s through ERP, Cloud, Data, AI, or IT managed services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the OCM Lead on major programmes, driving adoption and sustainable change
- Leading engagements across sectors and services— ERP, Cloud, Security, AI, and more
- Supporting pre-sales and shaping proposals from the ground up with senior stakeholders
- Bringing structure to ambiguity—designing bespoke change strategies, comms, and training plans
- Building relationships that last: from the C-suite to front-line users
- Helping grow the OCM practice and mentoring junior consultants along the way
What we’re looking for:
- A proven OCM specialist with 10+ years in complex tech-enabled change (ERP, Cloud, Security, AI, and more)
- Strong consulting background —you know how to listen, advise, design, and deliver
- Experience across core OCM pillars—impact analysis, comms, training, leadership engagement
- Familiarity with target operating models, agile change, and enterprise-wide transformation
- Gravitas and empathy—you can lead tough conversations and still bring people with you
- Ideally Prosci or APMG certified, with experience in pre-sales and client development
What’s on offer:
- Up to £115,000 base salary
- Company bonus
- Excellent pension, private healthcare, and ongoing development support
