Role Overview As part of the Middle Leadership Team, you will support, develop, and lead a team of Personal Tutors to ensure high standards of pastoral care, student wellbeing, attendance, and behavior. You will also work to enhance school ethos and student engagement. Main Responsibilities Coordinate house activities, assemblies, and initiatives to promote house spirit. Oversee and support Personal Tutors, including induction and development. Ensure the delivery of high-quality personal development and PSHE/RSE curricula. Monitor and improve attendance and behavior, analyzing data and implementing strategies. Manage student behavior, including investigations and sanctions. Support holistic student development and wellbeing in collaboration with relevant teams. Promote inclusion, diversity, and safeguarding, ensuring compliance with policies. Person Specification Ability to care for, supervise, and relate to young people in a multicultural environment. High energy, professionalism, and a sense of humor. Commitment to safeguarding, professional development, and teamwork.
