Role Overview
As part of the Middle Leadership Team, you will support, develop, and lead a team of Personal Tutors to ensure high standards of pastoral care, student wellbeing, attendance, and behavior. You will also work to enhance school ethos and student engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate house activities, assemblies, and initiatives to promote house spirit.
- Oversee and support Personal Tutors, including induction and development.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality personal development and PSHE/RSE curricula.
- Monitor and improve attendance and behavior, analyzing data and implementing strategies.
- Manage student behavior, including investigations and sanctions.
- Support holistic student development and wellbeing in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Promote inclusion, diversity, and safeguarding, ensuring compliance with policies.
