Position Details

Job Title: Pharmacist (Band 6)
Location: Sussex
Duration: Minimum 6-month contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Start Date: ASAP, flexible May/June start
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £23 – £30 per hour + NHS pension option

Responsibilities

Dispense and accuracy-check medication for inpatient and outpatient services
Provide safe, efficient pharmaceutical care following NHS protocols
Communicate effectively with clinical teams and support patient pathways
Maintain detailed records and uphold GPhC standards
Learn from a talented team and increase clinical exposure

Requirements

GPhC registration is the only requirement. Enthusiasm and reliability are highly valued, even without hospital experience.
