The Customer Service Advisor Role
Customers spend more time with the service department than sales, making this a key customer-facing role. You will be the connection to the brand and values, ensuring customer issues are resolved and expectations managed throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a central point of contact for customer care and vehicle support, collaborating with sales, parts, and technicians
- Understand service/repair requirements and guide customers to suitable aftersales packages
- Provide accurate estimates and schedule work accordingly
- Track and report issues affecting customer satisfaction or team targets
- Encourage the sale of Toyota parts and accessories
- Ensure opportunities for customer engagement are maximized by other teams
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
