As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Newcastle, you will earn £26,000 plus commission, starting in June/July 2025. The working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 7:15 am when schools are open.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting experienced recruiters with candidate searches and client engagement
- Making intro calls to schools and building relationships
- Learning to navigate our CRM
- Responding to candidate and client enquiries
- Sourcing, shortlisting, and placing candidates
- Contributing to team strategy and smashing shared goals
