This is a 13-bed Med Surg unit with overflow into ICU, Stroke Certified. We treat our patients as our own family, valuing accountability, honesty, compassion, and courage. We pride ourselves on teamwork, collaboration, and delivering safe, personal care. Regionals offer flexibility in scheduling. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:5 during the day, up to 1:6 at night.

Under the supervision of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician, and in collaboration with the healthcare team, contributes to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides information to patients and families about treatments, medications, equipment, and activities as appropriate, in coordination with healthcare providers. Documents care accurately in records.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of an approved Practical Nursing program.
- Michigan Practical Nurse license (LPN) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required within 90 days.
