As a Work Scheduler, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and trade operatives, actively supporting the operational delivery teams to maintain productivity and improve customer satisfaction.

The postholder will:

  • Issue and control work orders and track progress.
  • Liaise with tenants and plan work schedules.
  • Make appointments to facilitate effective repair services.
  • Coordinate with the Asset Team and Cobalt Housing to ensure smooth delivery of both reactive and planned maintenance services.
