Vacancy Description

This is a 4-year apprenticeship resulting in a Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering. The first year of training will be at Midland Group Training Services (MGTS) in Redditch, focusing on core practical and theoretical elements of the role. Subsequent years will involve attending MGTS on a day release basis to complete educational requirements.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality products are manufactured to standards
• Communicate concerns with team members/supporting departments
• Develop and implement processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in meetings to contribute ideas
• Contribute to initiatives improving environment, operations, and business activities
