Job Description
Are you a commercially-minded finance leader eager to shape strategy and influence impact? We are seeking a qualified finance professional to play a key role in commercial decision-making within our UK & Ireland operations. You will partner with franchisees, evaluate strategic opportunities, and support high-level financial planning that drives business success. This role involves close collaboration with both Finance and non-Finance management to make recommendations focused on ethical and sustainable practices, ensuring long-term financial health for McDonald’s and our franchisees.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with Franchisee Directors to support financial decision-making.
- Franchising & Commercial Expert: Lead financial modelling for franchise transactions and investments.
- Business Influencer: Work with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams on strategy and execution.
- Risk & Growth Advisor: Analyze market conditions to support sustainable expansion.
- Operations Finance Leader: Provide financial training and insights across the organization.
