Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our logistics and operations team at VoiceWorks, a leading direct marketing agency. This role is based in London (E16), with a flexible working pattern including 3-4 days in the office and 1 day remote, plus monthly visits to our Northampton warehouse.

Key Details

• Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
• Working Week: Tuesday – Saturday
• Reporting to: Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage email and communication channels, maintaining clarity and stakeholder updates
• Coordinate events and logistics from planning to completion
• Handle document and data management efficiently
• Organize meetings and ensure effective communication
• Support the sales team with event administration and logistics
• Perform general administrative tasks to keep operations smooth

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in operations, logistics, or event planning
• Familiarity with platforms like Jotforms and staffing portals
• Exceptional multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Calm under pressure, proactive, and a team player
• Problem-solving mindset with good judgment
