The Regulatory Engagement and Reporting Manager is responsible for fostering positive relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with reporting obligations, and providing strategic guidance on regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, acting as a point of contact for regulatory enquiries.
- Engage with regulators to stay informed about changes in regulations, anticipate regulatory trends, and communicate potential impacts to the organisation.
- Provide advice on regulatory matters to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business units to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and its impact on business operations.
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all regulatory reports required by applicable laws and regulatory bodies.
- Support the completion of FCA/PRA/TPR regulatory returns and/or payment of regulatory levies, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards and guidelines, identifying and mitigating reporting risks.
