Housing Officer - Council

Role: Housing Officer X 4 REF 1513183

Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension

Location: Northampton

IR35: Inside

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £24 per hour

Spinwell is recruiting for a Housing Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

Responsibilities of the Housing Officer

1. Conduct tenancy audits to ensure homes are well maintained
2. Carry out mutual exchange property inspections
3. Visit residents during their introductory tenancy period
4. Perform estate and block inspections to maintain high standards
5. Host accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
6. Sign up new tenancies and guide new residents through the process
7. Support the compliance team with property access, including for gas entry warrants
8. Assist the property maintenance team with access for Stock Condition Surveys

Skills and Experience of the Housing Officer

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
