Spinwell is recruiting for a Housing Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
Responsibilities of the Housing Officer
- Conduct tenancy audits to ensure homes are well maintained
- Carry out mutual exchange property inspections
- Visit residents during their introductory tenancy period
- Perform estate and block inspections to maintain high standards
- Host accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
- Sign up new tenancies and guide new residents through the process
- Support the compliance team with property access, including for gas entry warrants
- Assist the property maintenance team with access for Stock Condition Surveys
