Spinwell is recruiting for a Housing Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

Responsibilities of the Housing Officer

  • Conduct tenancy audits to ensure homes are well maintained
  • Carry out mutual exchange property inspections
  • Visit residents during their introductory tenancy period
  • Perform estate and block inspections to maintain high standards
  • Host accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
  • Sign up new tenancies and guide new residents through the process
  • Support the compliance team with property access, including for gas entry warrants
  • Assist the property maintenance team with access for Stock Condition Surveys
