We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our fantastic teams. Your role will be to support our teachers in delivering a creative curriculum tailored to the needs of our learners.

Parkview Academy is located in Margate and was established in 2017 for students aged 11 to 16 with learning difficulties related to SEMH. Maple Tree Primary School is a family-oriented school for pupils aged 7 to 11 with SEMH difficulties and other complex learning needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uphold and promote school policies
- Build positive relationships with learners, families, professionals, and colleagues to support development and uphold the ethos of our schools
- Assist teachers in delivering learning to support academic achievement
- Support individual needs by preparing equipment, photocopying materials, and providing clerical support for class tasks
- Work collaboratively to ensure safeguarding standards are maintained
