This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest and fastest-moving departments at The Cumberland Building Society. Working within diverse teams including Redemptions and Deeds, Mortgage Services, Payments, and Investments Services, this role offers an environment to build and grow your skill set.

The Role

  • Support the Operations function in delivering Kinder Banking and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Work closely with all departments.
  • Support the customer experience by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Meet both internal and external customer expectations by working together to achieve our required SLAs.
  • Ensure that we service our existing customers correctly and promptly to support business growth.
  • Support the transformation programme as required.
  • Become multi-skilled and agile.
  • Develop and implement new ways of working to simplify, streamline, and make processes cost-effective.

About you

  • You will have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels—building and maintaining relationships with the business and stakeholders, as well as working directly with teams across all areas.
  • You will be comfortable working towards deadlines and adept at managing tasks both independently and as part of a team.
  • You will also have a passion and drive to learn new systems and processes.
