The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Responsible for order fulfillment activities at the Market Unit Distribution Center, including all functional areas of distribution operations and warehousing. This includes, but is not limited to, Receiving, Put-away, Replenishment, Customer Order Fulfillment, Dock Activity - Shipping, Inventory Cycle Counting, Sanitation, and Maintenance. Daily assignments support these activities, along with other duties as determined by supervisory staff.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, sort, put away, and stage customer orders according to product code, lot number, and requested quantity.
- Inspect trucks/containers for temperature and cleanliness, reporting abnormalities to management.
- Organise the dock and prepare for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Notate and report discrepancies or damages to the Supervisor per SOP.
- Check picked orders for accuracy, including lot numbers and quantities.
- Pack customer orders in compliance with instructions or ERP system guidelines, ensuring protection from loss or damage.
- Process parcel shipments using Ship Station Meters and palletise packages for transfer to carriers.
- Create, check, or print BOL, packing slips, and stage for shipping or receiving.
- Verify all identifying information and counts against records, and file all shipping/receiving documentation.
- Input receipts into SAP using RF scanners and computer terminals.
- Support truck loading/unloading and inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines, report hazards, and attend safety training.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Learn and comply with SOPs and regulations regarding handling of Dangerous Drugs and Medical Devices.
- Maintain cleanliness and GMP standards in the facility.
- Perform duties as assigned by Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to health, safety, environment, energy, and quality management systems.
