Join to apply for the Reablement Support Workers role at London Borough of Merton. We are recruiting support workers on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our motivated team. The Reablement Service is part of London Borough of Merton Adult Social Care. We offer 25 hours per week, with shifts in the morning (07:30am - 1:00pm) or evening (3:30pm - 9:00pm). If you're seeking additional hours to complement your current role, education, or childcare commitments, apply today!
This role involves providing physical assistance to residents, including moving and handling, with training provided. You will need to work at least 2 weekends per month. The Reablement Service offers quality care to individuals discharged from hospital or needing community support.
Your responsibilities include:
