Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain preventative and corrective weekly and daily maintenance schedules for all maintenance trades.
- Identify and communicate obstacles, constraints, and opportunities to improve execution efficiency.
- Create and maintain trade-specific resource projections that enable accurate creation of resource-leveled schedules.
- Stewardship of Maintenance KPIs.
- Liaise with Operations, Coordinators, Supervisors, and Planners to generate and amend schedules for efficient and timely work completion.
- Participate in & chair meetings to review daily and weekly work schedules and provide schedule updates to the workforce.
- Maintain scheduling tools and SAP PM Module data.
Key Requirements
- Experience of field maintenance in a Refinery / Petrochemical or other continuous process industry is preferable.
- Experience using SAP PM Module and Primavera (P6) is preferable but training will be given.
- An understanding of maintenance planning is preferable.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Possess a high regard for the safety culture to which the refinery operates, driving towards an Incident and Injury Free workplace.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
