A leading Property Company is looking to grow their team based at one of their sites in Guildford. The role is focused on managing the successful onboarding and integration of tenants into a newly refurbished space. You will be responsible for leading the operational & property management strategy for the site, ensuring the tenants experience is smooth. The role is offering up to £50,000 per annum with a suite of benefits.
The Job Role:
- Lead property management delivery & establish reliable operations.
- Develop & implement procedures for tenants, adapting building services to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with on-site teams, fabric managers, and engineering support to maintain high standards of service across all facilities.
- Build strong, professional relationships with occupiers.
- Support sustainability goals by driving improvements in energy efficiency and working with occupiers to reduce environmental impact.
- Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Act as the Responsible Person and Senior Fire Warden.
- Maintain and update all relevant property management manuals.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in operational management of multi-occupied commercial buildings.
- Experience of Service Charge Management.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
