Are you passionate about making things better for our customers and our people? If so, the Service optimisation team have an exciting opportunity for you! Reporting to the Service Improvement Manager, you'll own the delivery of a diverse range of corporate projects, driving business improvements.
The Service Improvement Lead works alongside the business and facilitates the identification of improvement initiatives, working with colleagues in problem solving and supporting the delivery of projects and improvements. Working across all levels of the business, you'll be accountable for understanding their requirements and the need for change and translating this into recommendations: managing risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring clear communication and proactive mitigation strategies.
We're looking for a confident, resilient and highly motivated individual with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and navigating through a variety of diverse projects driven by the business. The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering improvement projects and passionate about improving services for both our customers and our people.
With a strong knowledge of lean, agile and change management methodologies, exceptional stakeholder management skills and able to navigate complex relationships, communicate effectively and influence at all levels.

This is a hybrid role with a base location offered at our offices in either London or Norwich. Candidates will be expected to work from the office when required for the role and to attend regular monthly meetings. You will also be expected to work from other office locations as and when required.
