As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you'll support the end-to-end Contact Centre Peak recruitment process—managing job ads, CV and phone screening, interviews, offers, and rejections. You'll keep our ATS and audit records up to date, while ensuring the Talent Partner and Hiring Managers are fully informed throughout. Your focus will be on identifying and presenting qualified, competency-matched candidates who meet the brief. Please be aware that this role is a 4-month FTC with a non-negotiable start date of Tuesday, 5th August.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners through every stage of the Contact Centre recruitment process.
- Create engaging advertising copy for internal/external websites and maintain an up-to-date audit of all advertising across our platforms.
- Audit and maintain advertising formatting on the ATS (eArcu).
- Maintain the Contact Centre peak recruitment tracker daily.
- Ensure Hiring Managers are set up and trained with access to ATS to review candidates.
- Ensure Hiring Managers complete all relevant Recruitment Best Practice training before interviews and that surveys are sent out and logged.
- Support Hiring Managers with eArcu, ATS issues, and maintain an audit of compliance, highlighting repeat issues and providing feedback.
- Manage the Careers inbox—responding to candidates & Hiring Managers or escalating as needed.
- Manage the Candidate experience survey and audit responses quarterly.
- Audit GDPR compliance regarding the 'Hire with Pride' templates uploaded to the vacancy files.
- Audit offers for Retail and update monthly reports to People Partners.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the People Team, Hiring Managers, and suppliers.
- Promote the brand and live roles across social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for volume/peak roles, ideally in contact centre.
- Attention to detail and a results-focused approach.
- Ability to work at pace and offer end-to-end resourcing.
