We are looking for a Floor Manager to be part of our team for The Hoxton, Holborn. Open from breakfast through to dinner, Rondo is a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant offering seasonal modern bistro dishes and great wines for all. Rondo is the kind of restaurant you want at the end of your street; serious about food and drink but with a fun, welcoming vibe.
What you'll do:
- Ensure the restaurant/bar area complies with H&S standards for each shift.
- Lead the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team.
- Coordinate and manage reservations system.
- Draft floor plans based on expected covers.
- Support the Restaurant AGM and GM with stock management, ordering, and stock counts.
- Assist in training on wine, food, and beverage menus.
- Handle cash and report revenues daily following SOPs.
- Manage labour scheduling.
- Oversee service on the floor and bar.
- Ensure safe opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with culinary team on menus, service, and product availability.
