Our Assistant Store Managers go beyond just management skills; they support their team to grow and develop. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, meeting targets, and increasing sales, including outperforming competitors. A passion for Beauty and Health products, retail, and customer satisfaction, along with pride in your team, are essential. You will work alongside your Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets, explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure stock availability, and maintain cost and stock control.
