Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island provide programs for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland, MA, this role ensures safety, security, and therapeutic interventions in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications:
- Must be 21 or older
- Active driver's license required
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- Must be MAPS certified or obtain certification within 90 days for group home settings
Schedule:
- Attend a 2-week paid orientation (Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM) in Rutland, MA
- Available shifts: 3PM-11PM (including some weekends), 11PM-9AM (four 10-hour shifts)
