A leading name in the entertainment industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their Central Finance team. This role supports the Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager in delivering a smooth and efficient AR function across a broad and dynamic customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely collection and management of receivables across the company's customer base
- Oversee billing processes to maintain control, accuracy, and efficiency
- Ensure accurate and timely cash allocation in collaboration with offshore teams
- Maintain strong protocols during the customer onboarding process
- Act as the primary point of contact for business units and stakeholders
- Work closely with offshore partners to optimise receivables processes and maintain KPIs
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar AR role, preferably within a large organisation
- Previous exposure to outsourced finance functions (desirable)
- Familiarity with SAP and SAP Business Object Analysis for Office (desirable)
- Proficiency in Excel (medium to advanced)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
