We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This full-time, permanent position is based in Roundhay with a salary range of £25,000 to £28,000.
About the Role
- Manage relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure property maintenance.
- Visit properties regularly, as the role involves spending your days out and about.
- Conduct internal and external inspections, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors, while developing strong relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidate Qualities and Experience
- Experience conducting inventories.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and knowledgeable of lettings regulations.
- Understanding of fair wear and tear, tenant disputes, and deposit returns.
- Excellent customer care skills.
