We have an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join our team. This opportunity is PRN or As Needed. You will be providing physical therapy services to residents in our Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, and Independent Living (Outpatient) neighborhoods. You will work closely with residents to evaluate their conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and administer therapeutic interventions to improve their physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life. As a key member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for our residents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in geriatric physical therapy or skilled nursing/assisted living settings (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
